All products, services, and information provided by Proton Enterprise are subject to the following terms and conditions. By engaging with our company, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All machine specifications, performance details, production capacities, and output expectations shared by Proton Enterprise are based on standard operating conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on operator skill, consumables used, power quality, environmental conditions, and maintenance practices. Proton Enterprise does not guarantee specific production output or business profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pricing of machines, consumables, and services is subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after mutually agreed payment terms are fulfilled. Taxes, transportation, installation, and service charges are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty coverage varies by machine model and components. Machines are provided with a one-year warranty on the headboard and print board. There is no warranty or guarantee on printheads, as printhead manufacturers such as Epson do not provide warranty coverage. Consumables and wear-and-tear parts are not covered under warranty. Warranty remains valid only when machines are operated strictly according to recommended guidelines and supported materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After-sales technical support is available through phone, WhatsApp, or remote assistance. These services are chargeable, and applicable service fees will be communicated prior to support delivery. Proton Enterprise is not responsible for production losses, downtime, or indirect damages arising from machine misuse, power issues, environmental factors, or third-party materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for maintaining proper operating conditions, following maintenance schedules, and using suitable consumables. Proton Enterprise shall not be held liable for performance issues resulting from improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proton Enterprise shall not be liable for any direct or indirect business losses, including loss of revenue or production delays, resulting from the use of machines or services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All transactions, agreements, and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction applicable to Proton Enterprise\u2019s registered place of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
